I coach strength and mobility for people in the back half of life - the ones who want to keep moving, hiking, and getting up off the floor for the next decade going sideways.
I'm 59. I train around arthritis, a twingy back, a noisy knee, and a shoulder that grinds.
I train for a longer, quality life.

You've got some mileage on you. Good.
You're past training for a beach body. There's an old knee in the mix, or a shoulder that clicks, or a job that's had you sitting for thirty years. You don't want to get hurt. And you don't want to hand your independence over to a recliner two decades from now.
You want to be the person who still carries their own luggage. Who still gets down on the floor with the grandkids and back up again without making a noise. Strong, mobile, and planning to stay that way.
That's who I build programs for.

Iron and breath. Two halves of the same job.
That's the name, and it isn't a metaphor. The iron in your blood is what binds the oxygen you breathe and carries it to the muscle you're working. Strength and breathing were never two separate projects. They're one system, and they always have been.
Most programs give you a list of lifts and call it a day. That gets you strong for a while and then something gives out, because strength on its own isn't the whole picture.
The people who stay strong into their 70s can also breathe well, recover between sessions, and get into the positions the movements ask for. So that's what I coach: strength work to build the structure, plus the breathing and mobility work that keeps the structure usable. I got here by including strength, cardio & yoga training consistently and through paying close attention to my own recovery data, and I won't skip it, because it's the part that lets you keep training for the next thirty years instead of the next thirty days.
Everything is programmed for you, written down, and adjusted as we go. You'll always know what you're doing and why. Old habit from a career spent keeping complicated machines running: nothing runs well by accident.

Who's doing the coaching
I spent almost nine years in the US Navy onboard submarines as a Nuclear Operator, then three decades in engineering with an emphasis on data analysis, and the whole time I was training, getting certified, and reading the research. Now I coach the people who'd benefit most from all of it — folks my own age who want to be genuinely strong and mobile for a long time.

Let's find out if this is a fit.
The first conversation is free and there's no pitch. We'll talk about where you are, what you're after, and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not, I'll tell you.
